Review of Buona Forchetta - South Park

Based on the reviews I felt pretty confident in coming here, but the waiter said there is flour everywhere, they have no separate areas, no allergy protocols, and he said there was literally nothing he felt like I could safely order. He said they could wash a pot to make pasta separately, but that he felt sure that even cooking back there would contaminate the food.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
