Review of Buona Forchetta - South Park

I got the gluten free pizza (I’m a celiac for 15+ years) and was shocked by how fluffy the crust was. I know ordering pizza from a restaurant that has a lot of flour is a risk but I rest my chances based on all the positive gluten-free reviews! I had leftovers, so I came home and tested the crust in my new Nima and after a few minutes it said contains gluten 😭. I did have a tummy ache but not other symptoms I usually get.
