They have a gluten free menu and it notes that the fryer is not dedicated and tells you what is fried. I had the tuna bites appetizer and the fish tacos with lettuce instead of a tortilla, and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious. Waitress was very helpful confirming things with the kitchen.
