I have eaten here multiple times and they have always been great about celiac. I ordered today specially stated celiac and had my own gluten free menu. My burger came out with a onion ring on it. I told them and they did not care. I will not be coming back.

We love this place. Staff very knowledgeable to allergies. Menu very accommodating. Highly recommend. Not sure on Celiac but pretty sure they will work with you
My daughter and I are both Celiac and she is also lactose intolerant. They were very accommodating! Normally we can't have bacon here, but since they weren't busy, the cooks fried some in a safe environment for my daughter. They even told her they had vegan cheese and milk shakes. Great experience!
Burgatory is similar to other "build your own burger" chains like The Counter. They had a good burger, decent GF bun, great milkshakes. Portions are huge. I do wish they had more sides that were safe - a burger w/out fries can be a bummer. Our server was friendly, knew the menu, and took good care of us. It was very loud inside though.

I am so sensitive and they definitely understand my allergy. They have a gluten menu and I got a burger with a gluten free bun and side salad. So great!

Had an awful experience, I'm sorry - purchased 3 burgers w/GF bun, 2 milkshakes and 2 sides for $70. The burgers are very pink I felt uncomfortable eating it, the shakes tasted like wood and Hersheys syrup and we ended up throwing away the baked beans and coleslaw. I'm sad, I don't think we are picky eaters, but I need to mention it here as my son and I had digestive issues following.
Great elk burger! GF buns and dairy free cheese, only down side is no dedicated fryer for fries.

Dedicated gluten-free menu and very knowledgeable staff. I am attaching four pictures of their menu.

Seriously some of the best burgers I've ever had. A little pricey but you'll have never tasted anything like it before. The gluten free bun is sturdy and tastes like I remember normal bread tasting. The gluten free greens is a simple salad made of spring lettuce but still very tasty. I highly recommend this place.
p.s. the alcoholic shakes are fantastic as well.

The staff was super knowledgeable and all items that weren’t totally safe were marked. Had a delicious burger on a gluten free bun and a cider. Cool atmosphere as well as great service.

GF buns & burgers! They recently added a QR code link to the allergen menus on their physical menu. There’s a gluten free section which specifies what would be cross-contaminated too. The chips, for example, are cross contaminated, but I think they changed up their side salad recently and I really like it. The server confirmed that they would make the burgers in a separate area on the grill.
To make the milkshakes safe from cross-contamination, they can mix them by hand in to-go containers (since the metal equipment can get scratched up and contaminated). I also found out you can ask for the signature shake flavors without some of the ingredients, so I got the strawberry pretzel one without the pretzels.

I ordered the bunless burger with salt pepper and garlic salt, vegan cheese, and the mixed greens salad. All tested fine with my Nima sensor.

They aren’t very careful with Door-Dash orders. I was staying nearby and decided to give it a chance. I looked up their GF menu online and ordered a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with no side. I put in the notes that I was Gluten Free. They added the kettle chips to the side of my order. I called and they confirmed that the kettle chips are fried in a shared fryer so there is chance of cross-contamination.

I had a good experience here overall. They have a separate gluten free menu, which is helpful, especially since they list all gluten free options for the customizable burgers. I got the grape soda float, and made a custom burger with a GF bun. The bun was pretty dry and hard in spots, but the burger itself was good. Unfortunately the fries are not safe to eat, and I really miss eating fries when having a burger! The slaw was good, though. I felt great afterwards; did not feel sick at all, although I was on a major sugar high from the grape soda float 😂
