This location doesn’t care about gf. The manager literally rolled his eyes while half heartedly apologizing for the mess up. (They gave me a plate covered in a gluten side TWICE.) This location is not trained properly. The bun was disgusting, stale, and chewy. Based on my reaction, they still gave me the same burger I repeatedly asked them to remake due to cc.
Note to add: The staff at the Burgatory on mcholme are very well trained. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue. It’s worth the drive.

Great options burger/sandwich-wise, and I have not had a reaction after several visits. Waitstaff is accommodating and takes care to explain special preparation and precautions taken for those of us with celiac disease. No dedicated fryer, so avoid the chips and fries.

Staff was great! Food was perfect and atmosphere buzzing on a Friday night! Great burgers!

Had a terrible reaction after eating a burger here. Almost ended up in the hospital I was in so much pain. Pretty sure they accidentally gave me a regular bun (despite confirming it was GF when it came out) bc I have never been glutened this badly and it was so good it didn’t taste GF. Severe cramping for about 9 hours...not worth it.
GF bun on my burger with a GF side (slaw). Tasted great and had no reaction.
Great burgers and shakes!! Knowledgeable staff

Excellent GF options. I am submitting pics of the GF menu. The lettuce wrapped burger was delicious.

GF buns & burgers! They recently added a QR code link to the allergen menus on their physical menu. There’s a gluten free section which specifies what would be cross-contaminated too. The chips, for example, are cross contaminated, but I think they changed up their side salad recently and I really like it. The server confirmed that they would make the burgers in a separate area on the grill.
To make the milkshakes safe from cross-contamination, they can mix them by hand in to-go containers (since the metal equipment can get scratched up and contaminated). I also found out you can ask for the signature shake flavors without some of the ingredients, so I got the strawberry pretzel one without the pretzels.

I ordered the bunless burger with salt pepper and garlic salt, vegan cheese, and the mixed greens salad. All tested fine with my Nima sensor.

They aren’t very careful with Door-Dash orders. I was staying nearby and decided to give it a chance. I looked up their GF menu online and ordered a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with no side. I put in the notes that I was Gluten Free. They added the kettle chips to the side of my order. I called and they confirmed that the kettle chips are fried in a shared fryer so there is chance of cross-contamination.
