This is a cute little spot and one of the few places I trust whenever I have to drive all the way up to Houston or something. I just get the regular impossible burger and it’s nothing special but it hits the spot and satisfies

Great burgers! Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Big variety and very reasonably priced. The staff was awesome!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have a gluten free bun and if you express you have celiacs, they will clean the griddle and change their utensils. On this app, it states that French fries are safe but the owners told me they could not guarantee. I tested it with my Nima and the fries do in fact, have gluten.

One of the best burger places in Victoria. They have a great gluten free bun that you can substitute with regular buns. My wife only has a wheat allergy so we aren’t as worried about gluten like a celiac but I’m pretty sure it’s celiac friendly.
