Went late at night on recommendations from here. Confirmed there was a dedicated fryer, same procedure used with allergy cards and manager coming over. Three out of five in our party have Celiac. We had lettuce wrapped burgers (only cheese, bacon, and tomato, no condiments) and fries only and only water to drink. All our classic symptoms were present although we did the most we could to avoid the possibility of cross contamination. The food was delicious and it felt great to feel 'normal' eating as a family but I would caution that it is not Celiac safe.

No separate menu, but staff is knowledgeable and the server fills out a card listing your allergies. After we ordered, a manager came over to confirm my order and allergies. They brought it out on a tray separate from the other orders at the table. The GF bun was good. They have a separate fryer for fries. My burger was delicious and I feel fine today. I would definitely go back

Absolutely amazing! Not only was the food delicious but someone came out to go over any other allergies. They make grilled cheeses on the same grill so they suggested the burger he pan seared. They have a dedicated fryer for fries.

Amazing! Went here later in the night and told them about my celiac and they were wonderful. Showed me everything on the menu I could have. Had a dedicated fryer for the fries. The chef came out to confirm the order and also personally delivered it himself. I would highly recommend for food especially late night eating!

Ate here tonight with two GF kids in tow. Staff and management were very attentive to our needs, double-checked about individual GF items with the kitchen staff, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dedicated fry for their fries, and GF buns that was “very good” according to the official taste testers in my group. I’ll revise if anyone gets sick in the next 24 hours, but otherwise this place is really good. A little slow to get our food out to us, but I couldn’t knock them down a whole star for that. Good food!

The staff was very consciencious of my son. The server explained that they had gluten free buns and that their french fries were fried in seperate oil. The manager then came out and reviewed everything with us to ensure that we would be safe. When the food was brought out, his food was brought out on a seperate platter to ensure there was no cross contamination.

I would highly recommend this place.

Claims to be gluten free but I was told they cook their burgers on the same griddle that they cook grilled cheese 😡

Staff is very aware of Celiac procedures. Once server is made aware of GF need, they use a special color “allergy” ticket. It then goes directly to the manager to check ingredients of each item ordered to make sure it is GF. The manager then comes to the table to discuss the specifics of the order. Once confirmed, the manager speaks directly with the kitchen staff regarding needs. Most of menu can be prepared GF. Dedicated fryer for fries only. Not only do they know how to prevent cross contamination and is very Celiac friendly, the food is excellent. Definitely come here if you’re in downtown Indy!
