Open kitchen, I looked in and could see that they grilled the buns on a separate grill from the burgers. The chef was very knowledgable about which sauces were gluten free and assured me they could swap and change things on the burgers to make it GF. Bun was GF. And they use a separate fryer for the GF fries. I was very reassured and have had no symptoms of being glutened.
