The owner started off by suggesting that gluten could be "cooked off" at high temperatures and kept offering me samples of items containing gluten even after saying that I had Celiac disease and could not eat gluten. I ended up with a plain salad with pork, tomatoes and onion. Once I got it home, I realized about half of the salad was rotten and slimy. It was disgusting and inedible.
