They at least have a separate cooking station for gluten free items. If they get busy, they will sometimes use it for gluten containing items. But they understand CC and will give the skillet a good washing before cooking gluten free items, if they know there is an allergy. This is the best I could find in the area. I told them I had an “allergy” and ordered a chicken breast on a salad. They do have GF buns for a burger also.
