I attended an Elon University event here and spoke with Tracy ahead of time. We spoke at length and she talked with the chef. I ended up eating from the buffet which included short ribs, chicken, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. They put all the sauces on the side and told me to steer clear due to gluten ingredients. My food was still delicious and I would definitely go back and order the short ribs off the menu. It was clear the staff was professional and well trained. I would call ahead just to be sure but this is a great local place.
