Chicken sandwiches are one of my favorite foods, and after being diagnosed with Celiac disease that was the food I missed the most. This is the best sandwich ever. I feel like I’m eating real food and it’s got the best texture ever. I’m hooked!

Absolutely a treat for celiacs and gluten intolerance. Never had such a great chicken sandwich!! The best ever! My whole family LOVES IT!!

So freaking good! No reaction, lots of tasty food, would definitely recommend it. I'm celiac and had 0 issues. Highly recommend.

Celiac safe! Best gluten free food even for those not needing gluten free(only gluten containing thing on the truck is the bun if you don’t want a gluten free bun)! Burgers and chicken sandwiches are his craft but many other specials available depending on the day. Also voted Omaha’s best chicken sandwich! Check it out!

Tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the Korean chicken sandwich. Both were very good! The fries and fried pickles were also good. Everything in the fryer is GF.

The BEST sandwich I’ve ever had. I tried the gluten free fried chicken sandwich with fried pickles. They are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they let me know that the fryers are gluten free only. Can’t wait to return

They follow protocols to make sure the food is safe for celiacs. I eat here often and have never gotten sick. I have gotten their fried chicken sandwich, pickle chips, and waffle fries. It's a good truck so there isn't much service, but the staff are willing to answer any questions you have.
