All of our Meats and all of our sauces are gluten free. This includes fried wings and fries.

On safety—We do not Put Gluten in any of our rubs or sauces. We do have Bread and Pasta in the restaurant but make every effort to seperate them from the other foods. No gluten on the smoker No Gluten in the fryer

This place is owned by a fantastic Chef that FULLY understands gluten/celiac. I have been Celiac for 26 years and eat here with CONFIDENCE. All of the meats and sauces are gluten free! The wings are life changing! The fries are amazing. I eat here all the time and have never been “glutened”. They do offer corn muffins the the meals, so be sure to tell them you have a gluten issue and they will be sure not to cross contaminate!
