Dang, this place is wonderful. While the menu changes by season, this current season had two total things that weren’t able to be made gluten free. They were key lime pie and croutons. Everything else on the menu was *easily* changed to gluten-free, just by switching out the kind of bread, the pasta, and so on. Since the gluten-free to regular items had such a small difference, my table got all gluten-free food, ordering risotto fritters, buffalo chicken dip, mac and cheese, their short rib grilled cheese, and spinach falafel, as well as an absolutely heavenly seven layer chocolate cake. Staff is super knowledgeable, and I was completely safe. Perfection.
