Bush’s Pizza is a small family owned place that’s worth a stop. I had the 10” GF All Meat Pizza, great taste and texture. They use the old fashioned pizza oven, not a conveyor belt, that renders a good crispy crust. Highly recommend the pizza.

I really wanted pizza and we were in the area. They keep GF crust on hand and were knowledgeable enough to let me know that there is flour in the air because it is a pizza place, along with shared oven space. That not being a super huge issue for me usually, I took my chances. They use a cauliflower crust, which is prepared and kept separate from the regular crust. I ordered the taco pizza. It was pretty tasty, if a bit burned around the edges. My boyfriend's non-GF pizza was also burned a bit, so...it seemed to be just a thing for us that day. When I went in for drink refills and to pay after we ate, I asked if they had a lot of people requesting gluten free. The young girl said they did. We were in a small town, which I've found to not usually have many safe options, so I was curious. She said that some are preference and some are not, which explained why they were fairly knowledgeable about CC issues. I did not get sick after this experience. The pizza was good, but I'd probably not choose here again. I was hungry enough to not care about the flour in the air, which I usually try to avoid, even though I react quite rarely to that if places take proper precautions for everything else. I'm mixed on whether to call it celiac safe/friendly or not...
Hand made gluten free pizza tasted amazing!!! The owner takes every precaution possible where baked goods are a factor. She premakes the dough and stores it in sealed bags, then bakes the pizzas on fresh sheets, and uses a designated paddle that's only for gluten free pizzas. The best pizza hands down!
