Been a couple times, gotten the baby back ribs, potato salad and beans. Good food. Risky atmosphere. Every plate comes with a piece of bread on top of your food unless you specifically say no. You have to be quick to say no in this assembly style line up! Sauces are served in a community area with one ladle, risk of cross contamination is high and yet some how I escape it every time.

This place isn't safe at all. They were using the same utensils to cut the bread on the chopping block that they were cutting all of the rest of the meat and stuff on. They need to educate their staff on cross-contamination.
Kind of buffet style. They have a list posted with all the gluten free items. It was delicious and no celiac reaction. :-) 2015 Fast forward 4 years and we’re visiting the area again. Still good!!!! 2019
Yes
They have a gluten free menu listing which items are gluten free, AND also have Ingredient lists available for all items, AND they also have table service in the bar if you want to avoid having the buffet workers figure out any special requests. GREAT food, ALL of their meats are gluten free, as well as many of their sides.
