They have a gf menu that they are knowledgeable about once you ask. It’s a lot of substitutions, and taking items off like fried onions, and substituting for a gf bun. It’s nice there are options! The food is very high quality and delicious. It’s well worth the stop.

I loved this cafe prior to learning I had celiac, and was very glad to learn today that they have celiac safe options. The Italian sausage stew, hamburger, godfather, and chopped Turkey sandwich (all with the gf bread option.) I called the restaurant and they explained which dishes were celiac safe.
(They also noted that the Thai steak dish could theoretically be made celiac safe if the soy sauce was removed, but that it would be dry and less flavorful. This gave me comfort that they were thorough in thinking through the ingredients that could contain gluten.)
We ordered the Italian sausage stew and the hamburger. The stew was memorably delicious and the hamburger was solid. We will continue to seek out this cafe when in or passing through the area!
