Great experience. Celiac husband had no issues. Typical steakhouse menu. Waiter knowledgeable of GF choices. Good food and reasonable prices for park city. We will return.

Good food. Good service. I am celiac and had no trouble finding something delicious to eat. I opted for a burger (no bun) and baked potato. Super good!

We went here for Thanksgiving dinner while vacationing from out of town. Found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful about gluten containing ingredients. I had the Flat Iron steak with mushrooms and rice, and ate some of my husband’s Pork Chop and Brussels Sprouts. Had a great experience and will definitely go back when we return.

Due to The Covid, we only eat outdoors. Hard pressed to find a lot of outdoor dining in PC in the winter, but we noticed Butcher’s had the cute outdoor globes on their patio. Suitable for a small group or family, they were perfect for what we needed for our family party of 5. While they are outrageously expensive to reserve ($200 for dinner, $75 for 90-minute apres) we pulled the trigger on the apres version to celebrate my birthday.
My husband ordered the Buffalo chicken dip appetizer after confirming with the waiter that it was GF. I arrived a few minutes later and noticed the nachos said they were made with housemade chips. And the Buffalo dip was served with the same chips. Of course that triggers the question “are they fried in a cross-contaminated fryer” to the server. He said he would check. Came back to say yes, they were fried in the same fryer. Thank god I put the chip down before eating it.
Before we ordered the mains I told him I was celiac, not just GF, so very important to be sure about the menu after that debacle. He was able to tell us that all the veggies were safe and obviously the steaks. I inquired about the mashed potatoes and he said they were first braised in Guinness (?) and then mashed, so probably not safe. Big points for him for knowing that tidbit.
In the end I got the beet salad, the prime rib with the Brussels/bacon and baked potato. They brought me a creme brûlée with a candle (very nice) for dessert. I did not get sick.
So ask questions, speak up and you should be OK.
