The staff is very knowledgeable and the pancakes are delicious. So fluffy and light. The prices are very reasonable and the gf menu items are very well indicated. Probably the most reasonable GF breakfast joint

Not safe for Celiac. No precautions taken in the kitchen for cross-contamination. Manager and server were both nice, but did not understand the importance of separate cooking areas.

We went twice within our week visit in Phoenix They offered GF toast, waffles, pancakes, and all skillets etc had super fresh, super yummy food. And fresh squeezed orange juice !

Staff didn’t know what gluten was. Explained in detailed and ordered from GF menu with stated allergy.

Food delivered. Asked if this was for sure my order. Was assured it was.

10 mins later someone comes out with my order. They gave me someone else’s food and it was not GF.

Manager tried to argue with me that I shouldn’t eat out if I have this issue.

First time in my life I didn’t leave a tip.

They have several gluten free options. Sadly, they do not adhere to best practices when preparing gluten free dishes. I stressed to the waitress that I have celiacs and I must have gluten free. I ordered the gluten free pancakes along with their gluten free syrup, and though they were delicious, they weren't gluten free. Either they aren't using gluten free pancake batter or they are adding something to the batter that does have gluten in it. Do not order their pancakes.

GF waffle is so good! A lot of side options for breakfast. Grits were like soup :(

Gluten free options clearly marked, pancakes looked just like regular ones. Cheese Grits lacked a bit of flavor, though.

GF waffle is to die for😋

Had the GF Belgium waffle, it was amazing!! Very filling, and had a good flavor.

Great gf choices, informed staff. Very good qual fruit. Pancake batter a little ricey, but very well baked. Suggest spending for the pure maple syrup if having gf pancakes or waffles. Egg dishes are very well done.

Food is decent. GF pancakes were 2-3 star at best. Manager told my wife she had to stop playing "Go Fish" with my 5 year old daughter. Said it was corporate policy that no card games allowed???!!! What a joke!!!

Gluten free pancakes are actually really good!!

From my multiple experiences here, I would try to avoid this place if you have celiac. I have ordered the pancakes several times, and talked to the waiter so they understand I cannot eat gluten but every time I have eaten there I have had a reaction. However another celiac friend of mine ordered a vegetable dish and they seemed to be fine (although their reaction isn’t very bad). They do have options that are probably safer like grilled chicken. Overall, I would exercise caution here.
