I came on a Saturday mid-morning and anticipated a little bit more of a variety of pastry options but they had a good selection of other breakfast items.

I had the chocolate chip pancakes and enjoyed them a lot! Felt like how a pancake should feel. I got a side of breakfast potatoes and they were good- nothing “special” (and that’s ok!).

They have coffee but I am a tea person so I just had water. :)

I got a few goodies for the road- brownie, muffin, and a sweet bread slice. I haven’t tried them yet, but they look fantastic.

Overall- I’ll go again because I feel safe with their options. ☺

This place amazing!! Everything is gluten free!! It was so good we had to find a way to go back a second time on our trip to buy an entire box of stuff to freeze. They are very friendly too.

Was in the area for vacation and so thrilled to find a place I could easily get (delicious) breakfast without worrying about allergies. Very helpful and sweet staff and amazing food, large servings at surprisingly low prices. Highly recommend! Just note for other allergies, they do use nuts in many baked items.

My whole family loved this cafe! I wish we lived closer! It’s nice to relax knowing that everything is gluten free and there’s no risk of cross contact! We had breakfast sandwiches, biscuits & gravy, pancake sandwich, and delicious pineapple coconut bread. 10/10 recommend this place!

So many delicious 100% GF choices!! My son had a chocolate donut and we had yummy egg sandwiches on really good biscuits. They enforce the “no outdoor food” policy extremely seriously so make sure not to come in with food or bags from outside.

LOVED the food here. Everything is gluten free. We had a breakfast bowl and the chicken pita wrap and a ton of the pastries. Everything was 10/10

This bakery is certainly a gem!!! Fresh baked goods, 100 % gluten free. BEST BREAD IVE HAD SINCE Diagnosed. Owner is super kind. Decent pricing. 10/10 recommend!! Large variety!

This was such a treat! Not only 100% GF (and have been doing so for 17 years), but also a safe space for folks who don’t fit the small town mold of Maine. Highly recommend!

We stopped in today on our way traveling by and I instantly fell in love! What a dream!! The options were fantastic and everything we tried was scrumptious. I just heated up a bowl of the to-go gf/df loaded potato soup and it was out of this world! I just wish I had ordered so much more. I look forward to our next trip to Maine to stock up!

Love this place! Friendly and kind staff are serious about providing a safe experience. Baked goods are always fresh and bursting with flavor. Gingerbread cake is the best gluten free item I’ve ever tasted!!

Visited while vacationing in the area. I have celiac and was excited to visit this spot since they offered more than just sweets. I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and the blondie bar for dessert. The food was excellent. The service was definitely lacking though. When you walk in you are greeted with multiple signs stating no outside food or drink no exceptions and we don't care who you are... Ok pretty standard for a bakery but certainly excessive. Don't ask for mods because they aren't allowed and you will be rudely told so. I couldn't see the board well and asked what was on a sandwich and was told to read the listing and again there are no exceptions. Again okay?... Not sure if this was a bad day for the girl at the counter but you definitely won't feel any warm and fuzzies here. No thanks for your business or even a smile to be found.

Amazing cafe that’s wholly GF. Pancakes, scones, bagels - everything you’ve wanted for breakfast, but 100% gluten free and super delicious. Everything in the place is gluten free. They also have GF beer, cider and lunch items as well. A godsend for a celiac

My family loves this cafe and we have eaten here many times. The treats are all amazing, especially the bars. The lunch sandwiches are delicious as well. Love having a dedicated gluten free place! Highly recommend!

Traveling with celiac, so planned stops along the way according to where there were dedicated gluten free facilities. The hours of the cafe indicate they are open until 2PM. However, I arrived at 1:15PM to find a closed cafe and a sign stating they were sold out. Glad they are getting good business, but sad because that was my lunch plan. Fortunately there is a beautiful area nearby to sit waterside and work on a plan B.

Nice little bakery & cafe. The buffalo chicken wrap was really great and the pulled pork arepa was also tasty though I would have liked some sort of sauce on it. You can buy a variety of baked goods. We tried the blueberry peach buckle. It was a tad dense for my liking but the flavor was excellent. It was so nice to find a 100% gf place to eat. The staff was very friendly. Be aware they don’t have A/C so it might be warm in there.

This place is exceptional. Not only is everything they’re gluten-free, but they have dairy free and vegan options as well. They have a huge variety that changes every day. They can make sandwiches, empanadas, Pot pies, donuts, brownies, tarts… This place has everything and is run by the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Cons: they sell out allllllllll the time but don't give up keep going it's so worth it.

It's not expensive in comparison to other gluten free I've eaten at but I feel like covid is making prices higher then need be.



All in all I will definitely eat here again and can't wait to go back.

Also I had a bagel Breakfast sandwich with house made sausage holy cow amazing.

Early on a Sunday morning, the only things available were two sweet breads (zucchini and apple cinnamon); coconut doughnuts; apple bars, peach bars, a couple of other bars and “loaded cookies”. I got a peach bar, and apple bar, a coconut donut and the apple cinnamon bread. The peach bar was very good. The apple bar was too sweet and gooey and nutty for my taste. The apple cinnamon bread was very good. The donut was heavy, but tasty.
