They have an allergen list posted inside the door and on the counter. Their rub and sauce are gluten free. The ribs and brisket were both delicious. There were good choices for sides as well. They have cider so could enjoy a drink as well. I was able to tell the cook directly that I was Celiac and he changed his gloves immediately and the tools he was using on the grill. Good meal was had by all. The only bad thing was there was bread in my basket on top of the first rack of ribs. Luckily I was sharing. I took the rack on the bottom which was not near the bread. Disaster averted this time. We did speak to the manager about this and proper training. He was very receptive.
