Went to this hole in the wall diner for breakfast. Very casual, friendly and not at all promising. When I told the waitress I couldn't eat gluten, and therefore didn't want toast or anything with wheat or flour, nodded, but that was it. I ate the the house made corned beef hash with over easy eggs. After confirmation that the hollandaise was also made in-house, from scratch, and gluten free, I had the best breakfast I'd eaten in a long time! It was all delicious! I ate beyond satiety, in fact, I couldn't eat again all day. Best of all, no ill effects!
