I have celiac disease and a dairy allergy. By the Way Bakery is my safe haven. I can eat literally anything they serve (which is a huge blessing) and it’s all excellent!! I’ve eaten a wide selection of what they offer and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. A few favorites: the cupcakes (all flavors), the mini Bundt cakes (lemon and chocolate, haven’t tried the vanilla but it’s probably great), the cream puffs, and their chocolate cookies. This is my favorite GF bakery in NYC/the world! I’m about to move to LA and hope they decide to start shipping or open a satellite location.
