After enjoying Byblos for years, I was recently diagnosed as celiac. When my husband asked what on their menu was gluten free, the person at the counter have us answers that made me feel like they didn't understand what celiac was, and what gluten-free food was. I would say, buyer beware, ask a lot of questions because we didn't feel comfortable eating there.
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
— Good
The menu has GF-listed items, but after asking about how different dishes are prepared, more items on the menu were also options. My husband is very gluten sensitive and had no issues with the Gyro Salad which was not listed as GF on the menu. I had the Spinach Quinoa salad which was listed as GF on the menu. Both of us enjoyed each salad. Plates and Shish Kebobs should also be OK sans pita bread. They were very accommodating with requests like making sure the knife wasn't also used on pitas for our meals.
