Great restaurant and service. Staff was really nice and helpful, when mentioning my allergy I was given a folder consisting of every dish and allergens. I felt really safe eating here. Had the a classic cheeseburger and vanillashake, food came out marked with a flag :)

Great place very quick service! Given the allergen folder which showed all the ingredients of each dish, most beef burgers could be gluten free either with a gf bun or no bun, the gf bun was actually really nice too! Overall fab experience

Great burger and tater tots, bun was surprisingly good and didn’t fall apart. Server was nice and helpful. He helped me find the allergen guide and noted that my order was an allergy. The burger came out with a little flag, which I appreciated.

They had a very specific allergen friendly menu. It was confusing at first because it was a detailed allergen chart just in menu form, but it was so comforting knowing they properly catered Gf and took it really seriously ☺ Food was good too if you are in the mood for burgers and chips. GF bun decent.

We must have gone on a bad day, server don't really know and just put the allergy book on the table, no separate menu. No gf larger or cider that day. We didn't stay

Had an amazing meal at Bryon. My bf is gluten free, we explained this and he was provided with a special folder with all ingredients for each dish. Ended up just swapping for a GF bun. However the waitress was great, even reminded us my fries had gluten seasoning on them so we couldn't share. All in all really great meal and very helpful staff.

Grabbed a quick dinner in here upon arriving in Edinburgh and was pleasantly surprised by their awareness of coeliac disease! The chips were lovely and the burger bun was the best bread I’ve eaten in years, very much what I would imagine a “normal” bun to taste like!

Really impressed! Great food and great service. Went twice while in town recently and both times the servers asked us if anyone had any allergies before we even brought it up. They offered clear allergen info and servers were very knowledgeable. Had delicious burger and fries. An incredible gf bun! Highly recommend.

AMAZING. I had the best gluten free bun I've ever had. It was so good I kept looking over at my husband's to make sure that mine was gluten free. They asked before we even sat if there was anyone with allergies. Then brought out a full allergen cross walk book to go with the menu. Can't say enough good things. We'll only be here a few days and we are already talking about eating here again.

Gluten free buns for delicious burgers but the standout is definitely the service! They have allergy champions and they take it seriously. Excellent experience all around. If I lived in Edinburgh I would frequent this place.

The gluten free buns are Schar brand. They are careful, and identify gluten free items with a toothpick flag stuck on the burger.

Good GF buns for their burgers. No dedicated fryer, unfortunately. Waitstaff was friendly and helpful. The burgers with GF buns came out with little "GF" flags in them so you can be sure they have the GF buns.

We ate wonderful cheeseburgers on GF bun with fríes. It is a chain. A lot of these in London.

Have gf buns for the burgers. Only 3 stars because the burgers and fries were just okay.

I ate there twice while visiting London. They make their own gluten free hamburger buns that were very good. I had sweet potato fries one night and regular fries the second. The food was good and most importantly, I didn’t have any gluten related issues.
