Bad Focaccia immangiabile
NOT SAFE for COELIACS!
They bake everything in the same kitchen.
I wrote an email to the owner and they answered promptly
„unfortunately for coeliac disease I would not recommend to eat at our cafe because although we separate our gluten free and non gluten free products, they are made in the same kitchen. So in general it may not be safe enough for you to eat here.“

The staff here is so lovely. They have GF and DF focaccia and various baked sweet things. Hey. The Focaccia is actually delicious and tastes like regular focaccia! So much that I was really scared there was a mistake (they also have gluteny focaccia). Nope, it’s just a really good texture.
Because I found out I also react to oats and dairy, I asked if I can see the flour they use and they were very understanding. They let me check all the ingredients and, yay, no oats or dairy.
All the offerings are vegan so that eliminates one question! This is my new go to coffee place where I can have a little piece of cake and feel like a normal person.

The bakery is new in Neukölln.
Is really cozy and quiet.
The owner bakes only vegan products and you can find so many gluten-free things.
From cinnamon buns to focaccia or sandwiches.
And they taste really good. Not to dry and fluffy! We all know how difficult to bake Good gluten-free stuff.
Definitely worthy to try :)
