Great little cafe/shop. The owner’s child has Celiac so the staff all seem knowledgeable about reducing risk of cross contamination. They have lots of GF options for breakfast/lunch as well as some baked foods and tons of smoothies. Worth a stop!

Stopped here for breakfast and picked up a sandwich for lunch. I had the green dream shake along with the gf blueberry muffin and then pa led up the Turkey sandwich for later. All were delicious and safely prepared!

I’ve had multiple gluten free sandwiches from here without getting sick. My server was very kind, reiterated that they would use a separate prep station, and I saw my order flagged as “gluten free celiac !!!!!” on the payment screen. Not everything can be made gluten free, and they don’t have a gf toaster or anything, but all in all I feel safe eating here!

Looks like a great place but the server refused to serve me when I mentioned celiac. Clearly not a place for me.

What a beautiful place to stop and have lunch! The gourmet market had so many goodies. I ate a delicious Turkey Terrific sandwich on a gluten-free wrap…so tasty! I also picked up a few gluten-free pastries to enjoy later. There are signs posted that they do not have a dedicated g-free kitchen, but I felt safe.

Great food! Tried the tuna melt on gluten free bread - delicious! Heaps of tuna and deliciousness. If you try to order a sandwich with stuff in it that is gluten they’ll remind you that it has it and to choose another. Tried the dark chocolate sea salt cookie - so tasty. I also got the Blueberry Cheesecake cookie because when in Maine…OMG…so good!!! Not sure how they got a sticky blueberry cheesecake cookie gluten free but I’ll be back for more of these! Stay to shop - super cute stuff. A ton of locals came and went while I was there so you know it’s good!

Some options, but the kitchen is not dedicated GF and I've gotten sick from their "gluten free" baked goods. Probably fine if you're GF by choice, but not safe for celiacs.

All sandwiches and wraps can be served on gluten free bread/wraps. Lots of salads as well. Staff seemed knowledgeable.
