They have good sandwiches, salads, with gluten free sliced multigrain bread for sandwiches. There is also a deli on site. Service is very good. They are gf friendly but can not guarantee a completely gf meal. But my Chicken salas was very good.

Absolutely love this deli! They have canyon bakehouse bread, which is gluten, dairy, and soy free. I had the avocado egg salad which was free of those three allergens as well. They had many sandwiches that were safe and I didn't get sick. I mentioned celiac while ordering and they clearly knew all about it, and reassured me that they were safe!

I have eaten at CT’s multiple times and have never felt sick and I’m extremely sensitive to gluten. Sandwiches are amazing, my favorite are the panini’s. Best lunch stop in the area!

OMG! Awesome gf/df Cuban! My daughter loved the regular on as well. 3 gf/df bread options, no extra charge! Delicious!

Great food, didn't upcharge for GF, and the guy put it in tin foil for me to prevent cross contamination. Didn't get sick.

The chef is gluten-free certified and the staff was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and what we could eat here. They can make their sandwiches on Udi's rolls as well as gluten free wraps. When we went they also had a cream of mushroom soup that was gluten free that my mom said was absolutely delicious. The cubano panini is to die for! They also have a full bar. What more could you ask for?
