Although the kitchen is not dedicated gf, the people preparing gf food are knowledgeable and take every precaution to minimize any cross contamination. The have gf bread for sandwiches and cauliflower crusts for pizza. Their pop up meals on the weekends are typically gf. Several of the employees have celiac disease or follow a strict gf diet
