Review of CaboPalos Taberna

We walked into Madrid as two people with celiac and we were quite nervous about finding food to eat! Chele (the owner I think) was so very kind and sat down and walked us through all of the recipes he created. He was so flexible and so open to helping! Towards the end, he sat down and talked with our group for a bit after we finished eating. He made sure to remember all of our names too. Anyways- great food, celiac safe, and kind people!
