Can only speak to breakfast but they had GF bread and were able to do French toast. Also the usual GF items (eggs, fruit, bacon/sausage). GF options are marked on the menu. If you’re staying in the lodge there isn’t much else close by (Berkeley Springs is ~15 min away) and it’s manageable.
