Didn’t know anything about GF. Chips aren’t safe, and this is the first place we have ever been in more than 10 years that wouldn’t allow us to bring some (in sealed bag) despite our explaining the need.

Very enjoyable experience. Of course knowing ahead of time a few general guidelines as to choose and gluten-free foods this restaurant is certainly doable for those who are trying to avoid gluten. Hard shell tacos with beans and rice are a no-brainer. Quality food and great service. Although I doubt you're going to find too much knowledge about gluten allergies and ingredients from the staff. Know before you go.

The sweet waitress wasn’t sure about the answers to my questions so she got a manager to come help. He told me that flour tortillas were fried in the same fryer as the chips & that anything in their kitchen could be cross contaminated. He recommended I try LuLu’s in Gulf Shores bc they have a dedicated kitchen. I appreciate his honesty I guess. Thinking he was just trying to not be liable for anything, but he was convincing enough to where I didn’t even think I should order lettuce and cheese. The search for safe restaurants continues.

I was told the chips were made in a dedicated chip fryer so they were gluten free. I had the steak fajitas with corn tortillas. They were excellent. I am extremely gluten sensitive, and I had no problem. Highly recommend.
