Went for a friend’s birthday celebration and was expecting nothing safe. Was surprised and happy to hear that they take food allergies and Celiac disease very seriously. Have a separate prep area, food delivered by a manager.
Server asked if I was ok with “May Contains” or cross contact. I told her no and she said she had to look up all the ingredients in what I ordered. She pulled up a spreadsheet and checked every ingredient individually and noted what I could not have. Made suggestions for substitutions and put in my order with a Gluten Allergy/ Celiac flag. She was very knowledgeable about the restaurants protocols and assured me she understood the importance of communicating my needs to the kitchen.
After my order was placed a manager came by to reassure me.
My meal was great and I had no issues afterwards.
I ordered the Med Bowl with Chicken and Falafel cooked I the dedicated fryer.

i ordered a steak and they cooked it separately for me in a pan, versus their usual method (fryer i believe). it was very delicious. i did not have symptoms after but i did feel very full haha. the waitress was good about reminding the kitchen a few times to be careful with everything coming to our table. also there was a separate gluten-friendly menu so i ordered off of that, noting that i was celiac so i requested they do their very best to not cross contaminate

I've eaten here multiple times and never had a reaction. They have a dedicated gf fryer as well as a separate prep area. Every server I've had has been very knowledgeable about celiacs and food safety. Great food, highly recommend.

They have items that are gluten free and many that can be customized to be gluten free. They have a gluten free fryer. The Nashville chicken is delicious! Chance of cross contamination as thry share a kitchen space.

I’ve ate at this location a number of times, ordering the med bowl three times. Each time the server let me know they had a new separate dedicated fryer, it’s been safe for 2/3 times (I’m a later in life diagnosis and currently extremely sensitive)! Not the biggest GF menu, but appreciate the efforts.
