They have an allergy guide on their iPad menus, so they were very thorough in checking everything. They said that almost every drink has a may contain wheat statements on the syrups, so it limited the drink options quite a bit. They did a great job of finding safe things, but there aren’t too many options, we just stuck with a drink and edamame.

Very knowledgeable staff about gluten and celiac limitations, didn’t make me feel weird about celiac requirements. Baked fries for my burger plate. Very good GF bun.

I have pre-ordered take out for lunch. I am so pleasantly surprised by the seriousness and the care taken with my order. I have been advised there is a separate GF fryer. I initially pre-ordered a Zen Roll and then the restaurant proceeded to call me twice afterwards triple checking if I am ok with certain items. In the end I wasn't able to have a Zen Roll which is fine and ordered the med bowl. The food was delicious and I was confident that what I was eating was safe.

My take out box also had a big red allergy sticker on it for awareness.

I’ve gotten sick twice while eating here even after double checking everything was gluten free. Sad because it was super yummy the few times before.

I've eaten here multiple times and never had a reaction. They have a dedicated gf fryer as well as a separate prep area. Every server I've had has been very knowledgeable about celiacs and food safety. Great food, highly recommend.
