Just called them today. They are NOT gluten free.
No
Came because of a previous review. Cook let us know they did not consider themselves to have gluten free options.

In a town that does not have a lot of gluten free options there are a few good ones here. I have the CJs loaded chicken and a baked potatoe and have never had a reaction. Salads are good just make sure to tell them no crutons. The ranch dressing is also good. They do not have a dedicated fryer so I avoid chips and other foods cooked in the fryers.

I love this place and they do have some gluten free stuff.
Brandy is awesome and takes allergies very seriously… i was offered French fries in the oven to make them safe, and chicken fajitas she offered me with tortilla shells and refined beans and broccoli as the sides. She was very thorough…. I’m severely allergic celiac.
They basically removed corn tortillas off of their menu so the only corn ones they have are the ones they use for their chips. There is no mention of corn tortillas on their menu as they also removed their enchiladas which was previously came with corn tortillas

The service was unbelievably slow and I was initially not confident in our server’s knowledge of gluten free needs, but in the end, I had a delicious meal of beef enchiladas with sides of broccoli and coleslaw. Our server did tell me that the meat seasoning isn’t GF so the book was breaking up a burger for my meal. They were out of Mexican rice so I don’t know if that would be GF. I usually get sick within 4 hours so am confident that my meal was safe.

Good sized separate gf menu! I got the burrito and was very disappointed with the tortilla. It tasted undercooked, like raw gf dough. I didn’t try the burgers though, and I believe that’s what they’re supposed to be known for. Not worth the price but still ok.
Decent gluten free menu. Very nice server. Kitchen messed up my order but server caught it before it came out to me. Bit of a wait, but food was delicious.
There is a PSA on the menu saying their food is not appropriate for people with Celiac because they cannot guarantee dedicated kitchen space.
I would not go again because it was tough with my additional allergies, but I would recommend it to anyone gluten intolerant/not Celiac.
I did get some sort of cross contamination last night, not sure if gluten or what, and may have come from the bar we went to afterward.
