Asked server about gluten free options. He quickly asked if food could touch other food containing gluten while cooking. I said no, and he went and consulted with the kitchen and returned with a lengthy list of the items that would be safe for me (about 2/3 of the menu). Made modifications as needed — e.g., provided GF crackers for the fresh cheese dish in lieu of bread. Every person that dropped off food verbally confirmed it would be okay for me.

Superbe attention pour un client cœliaque. Tout a été fait pour nous proposer plus qu’adéquatement, la serveuse a même pris la responsabilité de retourner voir en cuisine pour s’assurer des informations. Ce n’est pas garanti, mais tout est fait pour ne pas contaminer dans la mesure du possible d’une cuisine de restaurant. On nous a proposé des plats qui pourraient être cuits en poêlon plutôt que sur le grill, pour d’autres les aliments problématiques ont été mis dans des plats séparés... soucis même pour la sauce soya! Nourriture très bonne, bons accords, bien équilibré.
