Waiter had celiac and knew everything I could eat. The pizza is cooked in its own special gluten free pan. I am celiac sensitive to CC and did not get sick.
Update: have eaten here 4 more times and have still not gotten glutened. Consistently they are good.

My celiac husband was able to eat the chicken wings (which are baked) and one of the gf pizzas. He didn’t have any reaction and we made sure to tell our servers about his celiac. The food was delicious and it’s a fun atmosphere is downtown McKinney.

Got take out pizza. Glad to have options but seemed to be a bit on the burnt side and tasteless (super) thin crust.

You can get a cauliflower or Vegan Gluten Free pizza crust for $4 more. Wings are baked, no breading and delicious!

Waitress said they were careful with gluten free pizza order when she told them it was for celiac. Wings are baked and not breaded too. Food was delicious.
