I eat here often and have never had an issue. The staff is well trained in GF protocols and the food is always delicious!!

The staff was very clear on what was gf and what wasn’t. The menu is labeled and the staff could easily answer my questions about cross contamination. The gf soy sauce does say it has Carmel coloring however it is gf, I carried through Google. The sushi was so fresh and really well done. The miso soup and salad were fresh and also gf.
