How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

No GF menu but the owner, Matt, is friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten. Sandwiches can be served over rice instead of on bread. Generally, most menu items can be prepared gf. The things that are NOT gf are: Banh Mi, gumbo and the dressing for the strawberry salad. All the toppings for the breakfast bowls are gf as are the homestyle potatoes. Food is delicious. Would have given 5 stars if gf items were clearly marked on the menu.

— Good

Every cashier I’ve ever spoken to knew exactly what gluten was and can help navigate the menu. Almost all sandwiches can have the bread substitutes for brown rice. The coffee syrups are Monin and are good to go as well. The food is excellent. One of my favorite places to eat in Niceville.
