This is the first place I’ve found locally that offers a square tray of GF pizza! I’ve eaten it several times already and have not gotten sick. Call before you plan your trip, because sometimes they run out of their GF crust. After talking with the owner, she said the company that supplies the GF flour she likes to use can take a while (I’m assuming this means she makes the crust from scratch - bonus points!) I did not ask about cross contamination, but for what it’s worth I’m on the higher end of the sensitivity scale... so far so good.
