Lots of safe options, knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and cross contamination, corn tortillas for tacos are safely toasted in an area not near flour, but most of all tasty as I remember them. (Yes, I’d give them a 5 if the frier was dedicated and if I could have the chips and salsa and tostadas…but I can’t and that makes gf dining still painful.)
