Amazing for anyone with celiac. They have gluten free options for all menu options. They also have a hut with a limited menu for a quick stop both have dedicated space for gluten free. Even have separate condiments containers for gluten free. Staff and owner are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone

Visited this lovely Cafe several times during our visit to Fairbanks. Everything we ordered was so tasty! So many GF options it was hard to pick. Their coffee is fantastic with tons of options. Highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent food with dedicated gluten-free space and baked goods, all while being a legit Fairbanks business instead of a cruise-line-owned operation. I very much enjoyed my visit and the food here.

I have Celiac’s and had no issues after eating here many times over the course of a week. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely go back and enjoy more of their menu next time I’m in town.

The owner is very knowledgeable about food allergies as her son has a few allergies. They had a bunch of gluten free and also dairy free options. Keto friendly as well. My son has a GF DF grilled cheese and said it was delicious!
