Service and food is great! Cute place for a gluten free sandwich and coffee. Not much for vegan or dairy free options though. Very friendly owner and staff- they were happy to accommodate anything.

Pleasant little restaurant in an old home. The kitchen is so small there can't be any dedicated space for GF prep. But 3 of our family are celiac and none had any symptoms after eating there. We had paninis on GF bread which were tasty and generous (actually 2 sandwiches each serving) and their variety of lattes are nice too.
The server indicated each GF sandwich when delivering, and the seeded bread is very obviously different than the regular bread.

Friends, this place is the best! Had a panini that was wonderful, and a delicious iced coffee made just exactly how I ordered it. The best part was the cinnamon rolls!! So good I bought 2 more to take home. The owner is so friendly and passionate about her place. Truly a hidden gem and amazing family-feel atmosphere.

A good portion of the menu is gluten-free. Fantastic atmosphere. We were in Davenport for three days, and visited three times
The best! Amazing staff, food and great atmosphere! Friendly and knowledgeable. Celiac options, dairy free options and accommodates other food allergies. (Tomato, garlic, back pepper) This is now our go to place when visiting the Quad Cities.

They were celiac friendly, and very helpful about explaining their menu. The gluten free bread for the sandwiches was good. I asked for no cheese also and they were very pleasant about that.
I would like to see more veggie options in the sandwiches and more than just one salad dressing that had dairy in it.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely try their gf cinnamon rolls. I had to force myself to pause.
Cafe d’Marie has created for themselves a niche. The atmosphere and food is amazing and unique. I don’t know how they’ve done it, but I did not get glutened while dining here, and I’m incredibly sensitive (GF cheerios get me sick). I had a pumpkin chai latte...amazing and far different than anything I’ve had before, and a turkey, gouda, spinach and cranberry cream cheese panini. Delicious!

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about my gluten allergy! They took the time to explain all my options too me. The food was amazing and I didn’t have any problems after eating here!

Has gluten free bread for paninis and desserts ! Salads can also be made gluten free! Not only that but it was delicious.

Excellent service even though they were busy. The young waitress asked if i was celiac and said my food could be prepared separately. I had a salad and a cinnamon roll. I didn’t feel sick at all!!! The woman at the register said they are trying to expand their gluten free menu for the celiac community!

Great food, great service, many GF options! Sandwiches, salads, muffins, cinnamon rolls. I haven't had a good GF cinnamon roll in a long time and this one was great. This is truly a hole in the wall, and looks like a house on the outside, but once you enter you can tell it's a hidden gem. They even make gluten free quiche with advanced notice. Will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.
They use the same panini maker and it's so small in there that there is no way to prevent cc. Also they weren't 100% sure that all the ingredients were GF.
Amazing. Great salads, paninis, and often desserts. Fantastic place to lunch or brunch. I am celiac and eat here often!
While there is risk for cross contamination as their space is very small, my panini made on gluten free bread was truly amazing. Turkey with cheese, cream cheese with fresh cranberry mixed in it and spinach. Cream soups are thickened with flour but vegetable options are not. Today there was a gluten free pumpkin muffin with a cream cheese frosting that was amazing. A new favorite place
