Since there hasn’t been a review in a while, I went in and talked to the owner. It’s still the same owner, and her daughter has celiac. Someone else that works there also has celiac. And another worker is allergic to latex and dairy. So the good news for me is they also do not use latex gloves and they have no regular flour in their kitchen which I like as I’m super sensitive. They have a few things that contain gluten, but they have substitutes that are gluten-free. The gluten-free bread they use is Franz gluten-free from Costco (the one in the red bag). If you want a sandwich and want it toasted, they will put it in a gluten-free toaster type bag to put it on the toaster press so your sandwich doesn’t get contaminated. I decided to try the coconut curry soup, which is both gluten-free and dairy free. It was delicious and had very good flavor! I will definitely go back in the future to try a sandwich. They were very helpful and totally understand being super sensitive to gluten and being very careful.

The owner’s daughter has celiac disease so they are very aware of cross contamination.
Most is not all of the menu is available G.F., as it’s a sandwich and salad cafe.
Food quantity is plentiful and they have plenty of variety.
Service was fantastic! They LOVE dogs and even brought out chicken and water to ours outside.

The owner's daughter has Celiac so they get it! At least one soup of the day is made GF (best in town!), they use precautions when making GF paninis, and the service is outstanding. Go there!
