This has always been a favorite of ours and now with the separate GF menu it’s even better! I had the GF BLT which was fabulous! The bread was perfect! Love the service and ambiance of the fun and lively restaurant. Will come back! Been back a few times and all has been good. I always order the same thing and remind them consistently it’s celiac.

There’s no dedicated fryer and there’s very little celiac safe options.

Our server was very knowledgeable and triple checked that everything was Celiac safe. She even brought out my sons food because messages can get lost with the food runners. Wish they had more kid friendly options.

The server really seemed to understand celiac needs, but my food came out with toast on the plate.
It was quickly remade, but was so fast that I think they just replated everything.
I'm having a reaction to gluten today.
No
Very inconsistent. I was very clear about my celiac disease and they brought rice crackers with bread on top of it and then argued with me when I said I couldn’t eat them.

They aren’t 100% contamination free but they do their best. They prep in a cleaned area (not separate). But you have to make sure you tell them you have the allergy not by choice so they can do the proper precautions. They are pretty knowledgeable too. Takes a bit to get the food, but when it comes it’s descent.

Got the club as recommended in another review. I feel my food was safe and the sandwich was good. Server was knowledgeable about their gf options. My issue has more than do with order accuracy of others in my party and the worker handling food with his hands (thankfully the wrong order).

I've been here several times recently and have had no issues, despite being someone with celiac disease who is highly sensitive to cross contact.
They have a gluten free menu and I always make it clear that I have Celiac Disease and ask them to inform the cook. They always bring my food or and announce that it's the gluten free option so I don't have to confirm it.
Recently I was told one of the chefs has Celiac Disease so they seem to take it more seriously now than previously. All of the staff were aware of what celiac disease is and they even have a few gluten free beers available.
My personal menu favorite is the Grande Cafe Club sandwich which they put on a gluten free bun. The fryer is not dedicated so they offer a side salad instead.

This restaurant is very unaccommodating and not friendly towards allergies and specifically gluten. Do not recommend.

Update: I went again and it was a lot better. Staff knew more and food tasted pretty good. Keeping my older comments because that could have been an outlier.
Food is mediocre at best. Staff not very knowledgeable. They have messed up my order in some way every time I have been there.

Got the gluten free Bloody Mary and it came out with a beer chaser. When I asked what it was she said Stella cidre but I tried it and it definitely was not. She also asked if I wanted potatoes with my breakfast Sammy which it should come with a a salad. Hopefully not going to have a huge reaction to the sip of beer I took 🥺 so disappointed.
