If you have celiac disease DO NOT go here. I decided to stay because we had already waited 2 hours and I didn’t want my friends to be let down because of me. So All I could get was OJ, a fried egg, half an avocado and fruit. They tried to charge me $26 for it. My friend got a whole steak for $25. I asked the manager if there is anyway they can take some off. And they brought it to $21. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER be coming back. Really upsetting considering there wasn’t another option due to a DISEASE

I asked the waitress what the gf options were and she said, “We don’t have gluten free food. Maybe some vegetables and cheese.” Then she came back and told me “You can have an avocado.” A manager finally came out and helped me figure out a meal. You can’t have sauces, beans or rice as they are cooked in chicken stock with flour.
The service was horrible as well. We waited over an hour for our food, our drinks were only refilled once, we rarely saw our waitress. And as we were gathering our purses to leave, a manager came and asked us to leave.

I asked our server about what would be safe and was told that they can’t guarantee anything is gluten free since all the kitchen space is shared. I was also told that most everything is cooked with chicken bullion, which is very likely to contain gluten. It’s definitely not a safe place to eat.

Unfortunately my meal that I asked be gluten free tested positive for gluten on my Nima sensor - totally bummed. Ordered Carne Asada lunch plate that they said would be gluten free.
No
Was staying the night in town, stopped by this restaurant. They immediately got me by having bottomless great coffee. They did not have a gluten free menu, nor is the menu marked with gluten free options, but there are many safe options on the menu. The waitress was also happy to answer any questions. My food was extremely good and was a huge portion. Everything on the menu sounded amazing, and I would come here again and again if I lived in town.
A lot of GF options and staff accommodating. Best food in OKC.
This was one of the most amazing experiences of my gluten-free life.
Yes
This is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast/brunch. They don't have a gluten free menu, but they have several gf options and the staff is very knowledgable about what is safe for celiacs. I go there almost every week and have never been sick.
