Assembly wonderful dining experience the food is very palatable I have no major complaints other than the bacon undercooked which was quickly rectified by the way it's that which was amazing as well. They're very knowledgeable as to the gluten aspect Justin's as to the best right to go if celiac. I love Bob Evans to come here after speaking with NM presently surprised at the quality of the cuisine

I went in for brunch, and asked for someone to explain cross-contamination. Jen came out from the kitchen and spent time walking through their procedures and the menu. No dedicated fryer, but their kitchen is very aware of cross-contamination procedure. They have GF toast, done in oven and will make omelettes in dedicated pan. GF is marked on lunch menu but not breakfast. I ordered the huevos rancheros, without tortilla strips. It was delicious and I felt safe.

Every time I order online, a waitress will call & verify my gluten allergy and if it’s severe or a preference. I always appreciate them going the extra step to make sure people are safe eating their food.
