More gluten options than the menu indicates. Waitress was knowledgeable because she also needs to eat gluten free. She confirmed kitchen keeps separate cooking items. I had pizza and the crust wasn’t the best but I care more about safety when I just want to go out to socialize with a friend.

I’ve been there 3 times now. Each time the server has been able to confirm that items are gluten free and safe. This time my son was able to choose a special and have it adapted to have no egg or dairy on it- not common to be able to have something as a special that fits his needs. Our server reconfirmed our orders and when the food came out stated again that they were gluten free and for him dairy and egg free. Felt very comfortable with the knowledge and care towards allergy issues here. They also offer vegan dishes and I had the organic steamed veggies with tofu and brown rice with tahini I sauce (gf and df)… such a large serving that I brought some home. Great experience at a small restaurant.

The server was very helpful pointing out GF options. There were many. I had a chicken dish which was excellent and didn’t make me sick! She also pointed out that my companions dishes were safe to sample. Highly recommend this restaurant.

There were a good number of GF options one of the specials was GF and the waitress pointed it out without knowing I was Celiac. I did inform her before ordering. We ordered the mussels, which wasn't designated GF, but they made them GF and put the bread on a seperate plate for my non GF date. I had the shrimp rissotto. SO GOOD! The waitress confirmed she double checked with the chef everything was gf when she brought our food out.
