— Excellent

Got the GF penne vodka and did not have any issues. We called beforehand with questions, and they asked the chef to be sure. The server was also confident in answering my questions about how it would be prepared (separate pot/water/utensils, etc.). It was brought out separately from the rest of our table’s food and they indicated it was gluten free when bringing it out.
