This food is so good!!! Their sandwiches are bomb and some the best gf bread I’ve ever had. Deserts that change daily…They change locations so check FB to see where they will be…find them…GO I promise you won’t be disappointed ;) Great food friends… a lot to choose from, and ALL of its GF 😱🤯😍she’s one of us!!!!

This is the best gluten free food in Pueblo! They are a family of celiacs, so the entire food truck is gluten free. I recommend looking at their Facebook page to see where they are located for the day, since they are a food truck, they can move around to different parts of Pueblo or local events. The food is absolutely amazing - cheeseburgers, open-faced green chile smothered burgers, chicken sandwiches, french fries, and a sausage sandwich (if you are Pueblo native or have ever eaten at Passkey, it is basically a gf version of the Passkey special!)

One of the best food trucks. Great tasting, amazing food. CELIAC Friendly staff, you need to check out Specialty items. Great tamales and green chili for christmas.

Cafe Murillo is a family-owned food truck that is 100% dedicated gluten free. One of the family members has celiac. I had to be in Pueblo for a day and my search for dedicated gluten free options resulted in few choices, a couple of bakeries, but that's about it. I was grateful for this food truck that offered a good selection of burgers and sandwiches, even desserts! The food is good, and the people were very friendly. BTW - they have a Facebook page where they post where they will be and when.
